    • NFC Access: To enable NFC transactions between devices.

    • HCE Access: To emulate a card for NFC communications.

    • Google Drive AppData Access: With your consent, we access and store configuration data on your Google Drive AppData folder to store your app settings and preferences.

This information is primarily needed to provide you with the Services, maintain the security and operation of our application, and for troubleshooting purposes.

Google API

Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • To provide and facilitate delivery of services to the user: We use your Google Sign-In data to personalize your experience within the app.

  • To facilitate transactions: When you use NFC functionalities, the app transfers your name, wallet address, and profile picture from the receiver to the sender to facilitate the transaction. This data transfer occurs directly between devices and is not stored on our servers.

  • To store configuration data: With your consent, we store your app settings and preferences in your Google Drive AppData folder to ensure a seamless experience across devices.


3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
